Yes, but will need a CR for an expanded exploration program on it. I expect Goldridge will come penniless with no defined resources and intersects similar to what Mako already has. Mako love drilling. I expect another cap raise within 6 weeks of the deal. If not for gold drilling then for water well drilling for ESG.
