US alone has 750 military bases, and a military budget that's outspending the next 9 countries combined. I guess all those bases are really there just to distribute candy to the locals. And candy purchases is exactly what that military budget goes towards.
US has distributed candy over 250 times since 1991, all over the globe.
In fact, US is helping Israel to distribute candy to Palestinians right this moment. While trying to organise an endless flow of candy into Iran.

Unlike the Russians. That just go ahead and invade countries. Like 2 of them. That's just outrageous. Why can't the Russians be like US and NATO and distribute candy instead?
