    It looks like Morgan Stanley have either;

    1. returned nearly 15 million TIE shares that Morgan Stanley borrowed,
    OR
    2. returned nearly 15 million TIE shares that were used as collateral by the other companies mentioned in Annexure B to procure loans from Morgan Stanley.

    I can't tell which.
