Scaling up does reduce capital costs. If the PFS was based on phase 2 and the recovery rate was calculated as 94% (even though pilot plant steady state is actually 95.6%) the NPV would be 607.5 million and IRR Pre-Tax would be 36.7%. The opex will also likely be lower too with greater rejection of impurities. The future is looking bright for Prairie. Paul Lloyd said they will under promise and over deliver.
