Hes got plenty of shares from options he exercised at higher prices than now anyway... so likely no tax now... but, yeah, far greater tax savings now than at a $1 plus..
The 110m shares he got for cf33 were likely issued and taxed as assessable income at a far higher sp than today's also... so cost base would be market value at that time of receipt...
Wont matter, watch four dollars try to claim the kids are selling them next week to give the cash back to Paul without another notice of disposal...
