it's essentially a exploration renewal, if they actually attempt to mine I'd expect a massive cap raise while the share price is high but I couldn't imagine this happening as the company has been essentially stale for a long period. just a gimmick for traders to sell out at a profit and buy back on lows. just remember a dollar goes a long way in PNG and to draw up this contract would essentially cost nothing.
