I have written many posts on AGI and Ainsworths in the past, so I don't know what more I can add.

There is no doubt that Len Ainsworth is a shrewd businessman and knows the gambling industry very well, and if anyone can make AGI work, he can, but he also has a side to him that shareholders should beware of.

He is in the game to make money for Len Ainsworth, and as far as shareholders go, they are only a tool to get him to where he wants to be. He will manipulate them until he gets every ounce of blood out of them, maybe even taking uneccesary risks with their money, and if your lucky, and still standing, then you might do well at the end of the day. Thats why I think the strategy to use, is to have a wait and see attitude before you put too much of your hard earned money in Lens hands.

Rumors are rife in this industry, and I suppose it is possible that a takeover of AGI could eventuate, but unless your on the inside, how does anyone know how AGI is actually travelling? The volatility is due to investors waiting, and waiting, and still waiting for some more positive news, yet it doesn't come. Management keep making promises, yet the accounts don't make sense. They keep shareholders in the dark, except when they ask them for more money, and further capital raising exercises, then give themselves hefty raises, with shareholders money, and make further promises, and yet the shareholders still wait.

I have also written on ALL as well, as far back as 2 years ago, when it fell from grace, so I don't know what more I can add. As far as ALL is concerned, its a different kettle of fish to AGI. The US market is very different from the Australian market. I believe ALL will continue to rise, and I wouldn't be shorting it just yet. How far it will go, I cannot say, so its better to keep riding it until it stops rising. I mean, you can always get out at any time, as long as you keep close watch.
