I do remember @Rossi70. Launching a new drug (Phase 4) is an incredibly complex undertaking and one many of the largest pharma companies struggle with to the point that many great drugs have been commercial failures purely because the launch was got wrong.
As an interesting aside, Eli Lilly looked into this issue about 15 years ago and concluded they really had no ability to predict if a drug would be a commercial success or not. They decided that instead of trying to develop or buy new drugs that they thought would be a success, that they would instead just develop the best drugs they could and not try to guess what would be a commercial success or not. Since then they have been having hit after hit of new drugs.
