I will be surprised if Sigma receives an acceptable offer given how far share prices for lithium stocks have fallen at least 50% with many losses being over 70% ( the exception is PLS).

I did make a very big profit from AZS and sold. I debated about selling at the TO price but decided to take a big profit even though I believe longer term the potential SP could be multiples of the bid price. The only reason AZS SP is not less than half the current SP is due to the TO. I will not be surprised that the bid is withdrawn and a follow up bid comes sometime into the future. If that happens I may by back into AZS and at less than half the current SP - look what happened to LTR - SP now one-third of bid price and that is only a few months earlier.

No way the bid price for AZS is going to be increased in the Current lithium market.

I feel very comfortable selling out of AZS and laugh at the AZS posters still counting it as a buy and not wanting to sell at current bid price - they seem greedy and may ending up losing a lot of money in the short term if they do not accept the bid price if the bid is either pulled or does not succeed. The downside risk far exceeds the upside potential of the SP exceeding the bid price in the next 6-12 months in the current lithium market.
