Thank you Mr Fantastic for your post and I would like to add the following.
We must always remember we are share holders and have a fair sized portion of of our money plus the total amount of all our shares must be important.
In saying this if it is a really good company they will respond and advise to their ability but may take time.
Should this not happen then let us know.
