You underestimate the sympathy for the wokies and sami (think voice here).
These groups don't think rationally and have somehow managed to convince others how we must think to make them feel included (think how many permutations exist for binary gender).
Like any statistical distribution, there are tails, and although the probability of falling into that is minor, it exists, with catastrophic consequences.
I hope not, but we simply do not know
