That would matter if we needed to raise capital. We are cashflow positive. We can do direct listings with no IPO required. Of course we would struggle to IPO - if you google the company, you find 4 years of lawsuits. No one is investing with our recent trading history.
Best course would have been (assuming anyone would list us) to direct float ages ago, trade through the massive selloff from annoyed investors, then once the decks are cleared, get some trading history... like the 12-18 months that we've been stuck because "conditions are bad". By now, if JK could shut up and stop reminding everyone about it, the markets wouldve forgotten with the 4-6 quarterlies, various announcements, and positive growth. Share price stabilises, THEN do a cap raise if you want to fund expansion.
