"HOPEFULL" in a word is your reason.
Sellers obviously worried about downside risk, as risk of 'no flow' to what CTP can do is large as is impact on share price.
Also Ripper83 a % of players will simply be partially selling to reduce risk and retain exposure to potential BIG upside.
The share price is not always right - no matter which direction it is heading in.
