I think it's probably Hansjoerg Plaggemars going into sub holder status for the first time individually, noting he has voting rights in the other German subsidiaries. I doubt he picked up 32M shares in this CR, as the instos only took 42M in total. I suspect the failed retail offer pushed him over the 5% edge. We'll see what the other sub holder notices show in the next couple of days.

I have the total German holding at ~64M, SW has it closer to ~70M in the presso. Deutsche Balaton and Sparta AG holdings are part of the overall German holdings.
