I gave you a like because i enjoy your overall commentaries most refreshing H8ty, but i'd like to make some more specific comment on a part of what you mention and a few other earlier posts.
Firstly I'm a stickler for good corporate governance, as posters should realise from many of my past posts. It is essential to ensure the Company is seen in a professional manner, ethicaly, morally and legally.
WRT AP purchasing shares, announced today:
AP purchased the shares today 2 Feb 2024. Ie the day immediately after the day of the Update to the market. Thus in AP's opinion he has purchased shares when everything relevant about the Company, and its current drilling, has been declared to the market in that Update. Ie no hidden information (neither positive or negative) yet to be released as of 2 Feb 2024.
Assuming that is the case then i applaud AP for putting his money where his belief is ie he must believe MAY's current share price is good value. I may not be so enthralled about recent Company communications, but I am very appreciative of AP purchasing these shares on-market.
H8ty wrt not attending any AGM - I am travelling a lot of the time and thus its not easy to attend meetings, but I always will try to watch any webinars etc. Not being Sydney based makes it even more difficult, but if there is ever an opportunity I attend AGM's - and I make the point it is common for me to being one of only a few shareholders (apart from board/management) present at such meetings. And I enjoy being part of a small group of attendees because I can ask more questions if I have any/many.
