Guys, I cannot understand the concern around approvals.
This was in the last Quarterly issued 29th Jan 2024. (emphasis added) - State approval has been obtained (19/10/23) - Feds will follow, IMO.
"As previously announced6, State approval for the Optimised Mardie Project (OMP) was granted on
October 19, 2023, under Section 45(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA). This milestone
initiated the Commonwealth approvals process, and BCI is currently engaged in finalising this phase in
close coordination with the relevant Government department personnel."
