Mate give it a rest. You don't have any significant stake. If anyone holding a single share would qualify then no one would ever sell all their shares in these penny stocks...Best to keep a handful of shares in case there is some advantageous SPP or something in the future.

Completely understandable they don't want that kind of holder with barely any skin in the game making $ thousands at the expense of actual genuine holders that in many cases had a tough ride (many paid way more then your 12.5c).

The cut off of 850 shares was below $100...Very generous in my opinion.
