I wouldn't expect them to gamble, Whisky.
But i would expect them to have had countless meetings and presentations with interested parties that we (the public) would obviously not be privvy to. Remember, we continuously ask our B.O.D for MORE information as we think that they come up short in that department, never alone feed us back room info, which these discussions would be.
And on the subject of the cap raise last year, i dont think that was a gamble either. I'd expect them to have someone really adept in our industry advisng them or, there is a potential suiter that has issued us a challenge with certain targets in order to progress to the next level of offtake talks and we have been savvy enough to realise the market would be poor enough to not be able to raise when the money would have run out.

I do believe there are background talks, for sure. Definitely Moblan, at the least.
