    Spreads are pretty wide and not favorable to taking a position. I trade NA primarily and it would be cheaper to move my position there but right now the specialist is not encouraging trading. Probably because they have no inventory. Nobody is talking about it in the junior circles either. I think a North American PR firm might help.
