The wording EXPECTATION pretty much says it all, IE: they know Vale will turn up ore when they drill!

"The company is not anticipating any difficulties associated with issuance of the trial mining license"

That is huge it basically takes AVB from prospector/driller to a producing miner in the very near future.

With half the results pending and granting of the license in the near future the real value of this company should be relised shortly.

Even at 10 cents per share the market cap is only about $50 million and that is on current resources and deals done thus far, their other land holdings in the rich Carajas could turn up anything yet!!!
