Many Investers are apprehensive regarding a Merger , however I do not sense Many are ready to bale out at this early stage. There is almost a sense of Intrigue. We are all ready to see what is in the Detail. I believe Amanda and Board Members will make the right Move. Just one thing, whilst a Take-Over /Sale requires a Vote from Shareholders, what happens re. a Merger?
