I like the way you think, especially for ice-cream! I especially love the cheese idea! Cheesecakes wouldn't be such a bad idea either..... and Yes, for the Adult & Seniors amongst us, although I thought I bought A2M (long-life) last time I was shopping at Aldi here in Australia, but I'll have to double check.
I too didn't even see, let alone try the Gold Top Extra Cream milk. I Miss that creamy milk that we used to get before homogenization happened. It would be wonderful to have that taste back again!
I usually only buy long-life milk as I live alone & I don't need to go grocery shopping too often, so long life is the way to go for me. I used to hate long-life milk until I had it at my mother's house about 10 years ago & I honestly couldn't taste the difference, but it's Oh so much more convenient when we only shop every 2 to 3 weeks ... esp. as I use my freezer.
