The BOD definately need fresh blood who can take us to the next level and add a new dimension to the company. The existing body have had ample time to attract a cornerstone investor or take us to the next level and have failed to do so and this isn't a dig at anyone, just saying they need to move forward and we won't be moving forward with this team. No one will take them serious otherwise they would have jumped on already. The past amongst other factors is too intertwined with the existing board and until we add some fresh blood who actually have a say in how the company is run, we will keep treading water, coming up with great distractions to keep those wheels turning but getting no where fast. The chair woman I thought was a great move but that was short lived. Her leaving for personal reasons to me said she had no say, was nothing but a front and wasn't able to add her mark to this business as the leadership team will not let go. The leadership team need to understand it's in all our best interest to attract new blood both at a management level and an investor level and they go hand in hand.
They can come up with whatever idea to keep stringing investors along but if they are serious about producing and really care about the company then they wouldn't put their own egos ahead of the business.

This is just my personal opinion but my uninformed opinion is that she left because Louie wouldn't give her room to make the changes she wanted to. Personal reasons was an accurate description as it was personal.

Louie & Co I feel need to take a back seat and make room for the fresh blood to have a go at taking us to the next level.

Look at snow lake, the new bod don't even keep NVA informed even though we own over 30%. This is because they don't value their contribution. It's as simple as that.

I hope @NovaMInerals2 take this back to the bod and emphasise this isn't a personal attack. This is about what is in the best interest of the company moving forward. If the company wins then we alllll win. Especially the largest shareholders AKA Louie & Co and PLEASE do something about the remaining 15%! It's a joke to think we keep raising money and spending money and the freeloader does nothing and contributes nothing. We need to own 100%
