Great post covers everything. I guess there is no need for anymore comments ever again . HC can shut up shop and we can all be on our merry way.
Mate I gather you're a highly experienced trader, how ever your posting does seem to shut all doors for us newbies to share and learn from posters such as yourself.
I understand that trading helps to eliminate alot of the rubbish and also leads to a dry sense of humour. But im sure you could offer a little more patient advice than you have been previously.
