So it's official. Even though a big discount which is never that good a look but not unexpected, we are talking about less than 5% share dilution so this is a small raise. Will be interesting to see how the SP reacts as 'on maths' it does not justify dropping back to $0.135 - just because that is the raise price doesn't mean it has to trade at that price - it is the overall dilution that is a big factor. For example, if the raise was just 1 share at $0.135 then no one in their right mind would think that the SP would go back to $0.135. Of course, we are talking about the market here so investors overall will probably ignore the small dilution and smack down the SP regardless. If it does trade above $0.135 consistently over the next few weeks then the SPP which opens on 13 Feb for current holders will be looking very attractive.
