The 20% spike had a reason - it was ETF buying from a rebalance and new management of the SILJ so was a forced buyer. Management probably saw it as a good time to pull the trigger on the CR as made it more attractive with the perceived discount taking into account trading in the few days before the TH seeing as we were hitting $0.14 a week and a half ago.
