Always take a huge pinch of salt on what AR states on any interviews as he has done this multiple times previous and nothing has materialised! It is his way of pumping it for his own personal motive!
Remember he has so many favorite pumping words, to mention a few, “potential”, “massive”, “company maker”, “billions”, “government funding” etc…
I personally don’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth on any interviews!
