Absolutely correct about the loan and the interest rate and the government.
Absolutely incorrect about the following.
- We can not IPO for two years. We need to be profitable for two years first.
- The royalty is monthly on gold produced while the loan is active.
- There is no interest penalty.
- They will not let TAFTA expire. It will be extended or a settlement reached.
