    the thing is that base metals have Inca $13m in the hole and no base metals.

    Peru has Inca in the hole even more

    so far they have spent $0 on lithium but for say $450 might be able to turn up a resource.

    they have spent very little and have a phosphate resource that could be huge

    so maybe give base metals a rest
