The Israeli slaughter of the Palestinian people in Gaza continues unabated. Systematic bombing of the civilian population is ongoing and following the unsubstantiated allegations of 12 (revised down to 4 but still unproven) UNRWA staff participating in the Oct 7 attacks, UNRWA funding which is needed to keep the Palestinian refugees alive, has been cut. Now the total lack of food is causing starvation of the population. All this is happening and our government and media are silent. Australia has to be better than this. It shouldn't matter who it is Australia cannot just stand by and allow this genocide to continue. This will be a stain on Australia's reputation that will never be removed. It seems Australia has been totally captured by the Israeli lobby and we have lost our sovereignty. Do we have any leadership in our government? Do we have any journalists left that are willing to call out these atrocities? This is a very dangerous time for Australia and people need to wake up and have the courage to speak out.
