I remember reading one that once man's capitulation is another man's entry point, and I think that's where we are now. A lot of people just can't take the downward part of the ride. Some good advice I read the other day on another forum.

Two questions
1. When I originally bought my shares, did I do so at a fair price?
2. Have the business fundamentals in the shares I own decreased, or decreased significantly?

If your answers are "yes" and "no", then you don't have anything to worry about so long as you're in a position where you aren't required to sell your shares for at least 10 years.

It doesn't appear that the business fundamentals have changed here, although the price of Spod does of course change the playing field a bit.
