Yeah I agree. The SP does not make sense based on the known data. But this is what I do know. Someone with a large amount of shares is selling because they think the SP will go lower. If that's an insider > we are in trouble (but this should show up in ASX disclosures). If this is some institution trying to rebalance a weighting in their portfolio > we might be OK. Maybe the majority of insto's think there are better / less risky opportunities elsewhere? I just don't know, and I'm not going to try to fight the market at this point in time.. The SP looks to be heading towards $0.60 - 65c for no good reason that I'm aware of.. Staying patient and observing for now. FYI. I picked up these shares via DDH, so my historical experience with PRN is limited.
