The most recent capital raise was one of the worst pieces of corporate skullduggery ever. As if shareholders who been shafted so badly in the previous 12 months by this crew would tolerate it, management completely failed to read the room and there’s consequences. Agree Lockyer had to go after but questions need to be asked of the Chairman.
