    This does look a bit iffy. Might be time to make an inquiry into the time frame DRA expects to get an institution to invest? No point in doing this if thay are not 70% confident in getting the institutional support.

    Instead of an institution paying $7 million for 70 million shares (10%), they can now pay $7 million for 7 million shares (10%), genius!
