Welcome kangaroopete to the wonderful world of IGR! Like many here, I have been around since the Relode days (5+years or so) and IGR is my biggest holding by a country mile. I used to have hair and what I have left used to be black not ?silver?! What we have seen lately is a consolidation at, or close to, it?s 12 month high. Many of the brokers that were recommending IGR at 25-30c to their clients have seen this stock double in price. Evans & Partners had an entry price in their portfolio at 24c, and told clients they had lightened their holding last week in the low 50?s. Many of the brokers had targets on IGR at around 45-55c. We have hit most of those targets. Brokers and their clients don?t need to love a stock like we (all) love IGR. There?s not much wrong with an 80-100% return in 3-4 months in a market like this. If I knew nothing about IGR, I have no doubt I would be doing the same just prior to production (as we all know this comes with an element of risk). However, having met CC several times and having done plenty of research on IGR along the way, I am not so heavily invested in this stock just to make a quick dollar. For me, and for many on this forum, we own enough stock to make this a life changing situation if IGR achieves all of it?s potential. I can only say that for me I will review the situation again next December (2011). I suspect there is too much good news in the pipeline to be giving this stock away at this price. If you want to review some good past stuff on IGR just take a look at some of the previous posts on H/C that people a lot smarter than me have made. Karmalocust and Sheepwash are a couple of good ones to start with. Sleep easy on this one, as I am sure your patience (if you have some!) will be rewarded.
