Management is terrible (from my point of view as a former TOE shareholder)

Management are still there because no one is voting them out... why? No idea!!

Maybe most shareholders are "new" holders, and haven't been around from when the share price was 8c ($4.00 today), otherwise there would be more unhappy shareholders

I posted during last AGM results, that I was surprised ALL resolutions passed, including the remuneration resolution.

What shareholders should have done
as a minimum (and this is only IMO), voted no to the remuneration proposal, and hence put the board "on notice" by way of a "first strike"
