As we haven't been getting any information from management regarding the standard IP, I emailed Davies Collison Cave, the agents appointed by ESI to deal with the IP. I asked at what stage the standard IP application was at. The respose I received was,
"As I am sure you will understand I am in constant contact with ECT in relation to their patent matters. Rather than providing information directly to shareholders I believe it is preferable for shareholders to obtain information from the company."
To be honest I didn't expect a response anything different from the above. In fact I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response at all.
bbj said in his last post,
"Oh that's right we've got to have patience but in ESI world no news is bad news"
I hope this lack of any information regarding the patent doesn't end up as bbj says, "no news is bad news"
