Yeah, it dropped to 0.001, then they did a 150:1 consolidation & issued another 12B shares, plus more to come. So, it's sitting back at 0.001.
RIL shareholders aren't screwed if the SP drops to 0.001. Shareholders are screwed if RIL doesn't do what they said they were going to do.
A MC of $13M or less seems cheap to me, for what could be a chemical company operating in Europe.
