    • DECLARE AND PAY FINAL MONTHLY DIVIDEND OF 0.4392 AU CENTS PER SHARE IN FEBRUARY
    • NO LONGER EXPECTS TO PAY FINAL DIVIDEND FOR FY23 AS A RESULT OF CHANGE IN DIVIDEND POLICY
    • WILL CEASE PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS AFTER FEB
    • CEO INTENDS TO SELL SHARES ON A DAILY BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME
    • CESSATION OF DIVIDENDS REDUCES CEO'S PERSONAL CASHFLOWS BY AROUND 60%
