Do you have any idea how employee incentive plans work? What a ridiculous post by you!
They are incentives to all employees to perform in the years ahead; measured against various performance criteria e.g. Safety, no LTIs, construction/commissioning/production timelines/targets being met.....all in the future, not for last year or the year before.
Corporate incentive plans are normal in most companies.
Please bugger off with your negativity, so the rest of us can just follow ASN and sensible discussions.
