    thanks......so 1m performance share rights on start which was just a ~$230k sign on bonus

    certainly not underpaid when you consider salary, performance rights at signing (no conditions apart from staying 3 yrs), performance rights on share price, plus the annual STI & LTI

    should not be unrealistic to start questioning CEO if they have not moved the needle on top & bottom line after 18 mths given all the incentives he has received!!
