what should be found out is why some kids do these things
this is not just Qld, this is not just some black kids, ---------- there are basic behavioural issues all over the country with all ages - but in the young, it's in every colour and area
oz is very quick to point out who did what and have these knee jerk racist or retaliatory reactions and loudness
but, it's of no use - nor is anger ------------- what is of use is to find out why - what conditions create this kind of thing
