Yr foxtel may stop on cloudy days no comparison to starlink.
I'm sure the navy doesn't avoid clouds especially as starlink continues development.

4 critical parts of any communication co,mobile,fixed land fibre,fixed sea fibre and absolutely without doubt only elon's leo satellite constellation ,viasat is no competition.And tls is in bed with viasat then u can worry about clouds.
