Might be some clause in any loan agreement/offttake agreement that the Co needs to have a guaranteed buffer of liquidity. I don’t know - but there’s a huge amt of shorts that will need to be covered - and a CR enables them to “get out of jail free”.
Like I said hopefully not - but I’m sceptical.
