When I was reading the document, for a moment I thought GPT's 'debt costs' were 'debt crisis.' But of course, it isn't. They still have a good credit rating, but it is moving in the wrong direction.
Who can predict anything, amid wars, inflation, and all sorts of international deals which the ruling class has not told us about? But I still think that a good commercial property is worth a lot, so I think that GPT will hold up over 23-24. I don't have any shares myself, but I am thinking of buying in during one of the dips.
