Yes, and IMO the answer lies in whether Sizzle, yet again, does not meet on 6th Feb (US time) for a vote, but yet again postpones today's meeting.
The reasons given in the past for postponements have been those given in today's EUR suspension notice - 'an update on the potential investments from strategic parties'.
Are they overwhelmed with having to evaluate multiple offers, or don't they have any that are acceptable.
Relief from uncertainty will come tonight our time, if Sizzle actually meets and announces investment from a strategic party.
