Link? Haven't read anything about that story.
Generally speaking, most investors commenting on the Sigma 'takeover' are consistently saying they're sick of the company constantly saying they have parties wanting to buy the company, but never providing any details and constantly dragging out timelines.
The market loves a good story and a reason to buy a company up, but eventually people lose patience and then trust if you never provide anything of substance to back up the claims of a takeover.
