I can agree with you that an announcement would be nice to say there is a delay. But this doesn't mean that everyone is to lose faith.
I personally send emails just like everyone else. Publicly available information is usually given to you in a nice summary.
Regarding the shares, I believe that a portion of Dusko's have been paid for, but more are from being issued.
There is also Horizon Capital Management LLC, which is an indirect interest.
