That other top 20 list is bullshit. Most of the companies are just nominee holders of clients scrip.
The institutions highlighted in green are the only ones that can veto any merger (32%).
Van Eck, Vanguard and Blackrock (20%) are passives who will just vote along with the board.
Public hold a fair amount of sway (38%).
The question is will most of them vote???
