    Jessie,

There are two things that are sticking out like the proverbials in your post.

    1) If you are only taking advice from an investment adviser, IMHO you are asking for trouble. They are making the money with the buying and selling of your shares and collecting fees as well. So churning could also be on the card. Being there done that.

If they were so good with investing, why do they sell their ideas to others in order to make money, when they would be making a fortune with their own money??? Why would they want to share their ides and fortunes with you and I???

Hence why, for me, I have given them away altogether quite sometime ago, and do my own investing. I can then ony blame myself if things turn pear shape, and I can pat myself on the back it they turn out good.

    2) Why aren't the shares at $2 instead of the current sp??

The market is the one that will judge and allocate a price on the shares. You and I are only cannon fodder, and all we can hope for, is that we will make the right decisions in order to share in the spoils. We cannot influence the share prices on anything. The market and the Big End of Town can/will. Don't forget that.

Could it be that the market don't like the Management style of this Mob??? I don't know, but I also do believe that it is the case. I feel confident that if there was ever to be a clean slate of them all, the sp will respond accordingly. But, why should they, when they have control of the company and are handsomely rewarded along the way, while the shareholders are getting screwed.

As I said on another post, there are much smaller oil companies that are doing better than BPT, so no one can blame the price of crude for the poor sp.
There has to be more to it than that.

So, you can take it as a pinch of salt if you want to, I am only putting my cards on the table.

    Cheers,

    Buddy
